ePILS offers a complete online educational environment for eBay representatives and officers, from novice to advanced. The ePerformax Training Team has created this portal to help you with eBay product knowledge, skills, and behaviors. It's absolutely key that you learn not only to use the site properly, but also how to use it most effectively. One way of doing that learning is through ePILS, which is a learning program that the eP Training Team established to help people become successful eBay members.
One of the nice things about ePILS is that it is convenient to get involved. Classes are held online, and additionally, classes may also be completed from the production floor, Xpresso Cafe or your own home, using your computer.
One thing to be aware of is that pretty much everything that you will learn through ePILS can also be found on the eBay web site - for free and our internal Knowledge Base. The advantage of the ePILS Portal is that it will help you understand that information, as well as providing a method of learning which many people find more suitable for their style of learning.
